Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using GymPlan+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. If we do so, and the changes substantially affect your rights or obligations, we shall take reasonable measures to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

GymPlan+ is a fitness and workout tracking application that allows you to create and manage custom workout plans and routines. You can track both weight-based and cardio exercises including sets, reps, weight, time, and distance. The app enables you to log and monitor body measurements over time, view workout history and progress statistics, create custom exercises with photos, GIFs, or videos, organize supersets, and sync data across devices via secure cloud storage.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using GymPlan+, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or interfere with its operation. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application is prohibited. You may not use automated systems or bots to access the Service, share your account credentials with others, or impersonate any person or entity.

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service, including workout plans, custom exercises, and media (photos, GIFs, and videos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use any content you submit through the Service. Uploaded media must not exceed 25MB for images and GIFs, or 300MB for videos.

GymPlan+ is designed as a workout tracking and planning tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you should consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We do not provide medical, health, or nutritional advice. Any exercise information is for educational purposes only. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from your use of the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content excluding user content, is owned by GymPlan+ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

The exercise database and related content provided within the app are licensed for use within the Service only. You may not extract, redistribute, or use this content outside the application.

The Service may integrate with third-party services including authentication providers such as Google and Apple, app stores, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

GymPlan+ is currently offered as a free application. All core features described in Section 2 are available at no cost.

We may introduce optional premium features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, any purchases will be processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and subject to their terms and refund policies. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing any paid features and will update these Terms accordingly.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the app by going to Profile → Account → Delete Account. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently and immediately deleted, including workout plans, workout history, measurements, custom exercises, and uploaded media. This action cannot be undone.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymPlan+ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GymPlan+ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GymPlan+. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
